You don't love what's happening, you wouldn't have picked it from the cosmic menu, and yet…here you are. And guess what? It's not changing anytime soon. You've pressed all the buttons, tried all the doors, and yelled at the ceiling and still, no exit. 😅
So what now?
✨ You ground yourself.
✨ You regulate what you can control (your breath, your body, your Netflix choices).
✨ You reframe what you can't (this isn't punishment. This is a pause).
✨ You stay kind, especially to yourself.
✨ And you remember that being stuck is not the same as being broken.
You can be standing still and still be growing.
So take a breath, roll your eyes if you need to, and repeat after me:
"I can't change this right now, but I can change how I sit with it."
Because this too, not just the good stuff, is part of your resilience training. 💪💗
