👉 Sleep as sacred - prioritizing rest so my body can reset, repair, and radiate.

👉 More fiber, more water, more balance — giving my body the nutrients it needs to glow from the inside out.

This is a glow-up that lasts. It's not a quick fix. It's a lifestyle shift, one that resilience makes possible.
