Blog - The Tell Them Theory

There's a lovely idea floating around lately called "The Tell Them Theory."

The premise is simple:
If you notice something good about someone…
tell them.
If the waiter gave great service — tell them.
If someone's outfit looks amazing — tell them.
If a friend handled something difficult with grace — tell them.

We live in a world where criticism travels quickly, but compliments often stay locked inside our heads.
The Tell Them Theory flips that.

It reminds us that a few sincere words can completely change someone's day.
A compliment.
A thank-you.
A moment of recognition.

You never know what someone is carrying quietly…and how much those words might mean.
So if you thought something kind today —
tell them.
It might take five seconds for you,
but it could stay with them for years.

Resilience in Action
• Kindness
• Positive connection
Small moments of encouragement strengthen both the giver and the receiver. That's resilience in motion.

Try the Tell Them Theory today.
Notice something good about someone and say it out loud.
Then come back and tell me what happened in the comments 💗
