Blog - The size of your joy isn't measured by the size of their reaction.

✨ Sometimes when something big happens in our lives, we want the world to cheer with us. We want our friends to clap, our family to send fireworks emojis, and our people to feel the bigness of it with us.

But here's the thing: not everyone reacts the way we hope. Maybe it's just a quick "that's great" text. Maybe it's "I'll look later." And when your heart is bursting, those flat responses can feel like a pin to the balloon.

The truth? Their reaction (or lack of one) doesn't take away from your joy. It doesn't shrink your accomplishment. It doesn't define the worth of your moment.

💡 The practice is this:

Anchor in your own excitement. Let you be your biggest cheerleader.

Remember context. People may be busy, distracted, or processing in their own way.

Celebrate anyway. Dance in your living room, text yourself confetti, write it in your journal.

Your joy is yours. Don't let someone else's silence dim your sparkle ✨️
