I'm letting go of 2025 with love and relief.

It was a year that tested my body, my patience, and my faith in ways I never could have imagined.
A knee injury that stopped me in my tracks.
A fall that shook my confidence.
And then bacterial meningitis that led to a stroke.

I learned a lot.
But I'm done carrying the weight of it forward.

2026, for me, isn't about resolutions.
It's about trust.

It's about listening to the quiet yearnings inside me - the ones that know what I need before fear or doubt try to interrupt. It's about believing that what I want is not foolish or too much.

I believe in perfect health.
Fully. Completely. Without hesitation.

I believe in moving my body with strength and gratitude.
In nourishing myself well.
In exercising, and honoring this body that is healing and getting stronger every single day.

I also believe - deeply - in what I'm building.

The Lizzie Experience is growing into something real, meaningful, and expansive. A space where resilience, truth, and lived wisdom matter. I'm not here to influence - I'm here to inspire, guide, and connect.

And I believe in home.
In finding the right place, at the right time.
A space that feels safe, aligned, and mine.

So this is how I'm entering 2026:
No fear.
No doubt.
No bargaining with the universe.
Just trust.
Just belief.
Just showing up every day and allowing the good to meet me there.

This will be the best year I've ever had.
And from here on out - my years only get better.

You don't have to have it all figured out.
You don't need a perfect plan.
You just need to trust what's rising inside you.
