Doing hard things hits different when your body isn't 100%.

Today wasn't easy.
I'm still recovering.
Still managing fatigue.
Still working through hip pain.
Still dealing with that pins-and-needles, numb feeling in my right arm and hand.

And yet…
I did the things.
Slowly. Carefully. On my own.
A drop-off to charity.
Cleaning.
The storage locker (yes, that too).
A tiny grocery run.
And then…coming home to work on formatting my book.

And somewhere along the way, something shifted.
Not in my body…
but in my spirit.
Because the truth is—
when you do hard things, especially when it would be easier not to…
the feeling on the other side?
It lands deeper.

It's not just "I got it done."
It's I showed up for myself.

It doesn't erase the discomfort…
but it makes it meaningful.

Today, I didn't wait to feel better to move forward.
I moved forward…and that felt better.

Resilience in Action 💕
• Self-trust (keeping promises to yourself, even slowly)
• Emotional endurance (moving through discomfort without quitting)

If you're in a season of rebuilding, my guide Bounce Back Like a Badass was created for moments exactly like this. Link in bio 💕
